A general description of the work to be done under these contract documents is as follows: • Concrete structural repairs at aeration basins, chlorine contact basins, fine screen channels, and final clarifiers • Replacement of mechanical components for two final clarifiers • Replacement of final clarifier drain valves • Removal of unused aeration basin gates • Removal and replacement of storefront doors and windows on the Administration Building • Concrete structural repairs and modifications of PEF/RAS splitter structure gates .
