Public Notice of Single Source Procurement

Notice is hereby given that the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District is proposing a single source procurement with Application Software Technology (AST). The District is proposing single source procurement for this service because AST won the bid for the Fusion implementation services and their resources have intimate knowledge of the District’s business processes and can address on-going updates and enhancements effectively and efficiently.
