MSD Project Clear (MSDPC) has initiated the process of selecting a design-build team for the design and construction of biosolids improvement facilities at its two largest treatment plants: Bissell Point and Lemay. Three teams were shortlisted based on qualification submitted in January 2022 and will develop and submit their price-based proposals for the project. The shortlisted teams are (listed alphabetically):
